Products Description
UV board, fully known as ultraviolet light-curing board, utilizes a core process where UV-specific paint (such as UV-curable coatings or photosensitive ink) is sprayed onto substrates like particleboard, MDF, glass, or acrylic, followed by ultraviolet irradiation to rapidly solidify the coating into a protective film. Standard thickness ranges from 2 to 2.5mm, with fixed dimensions of 1.22x2.44 meters. Due to its manufacturing process, custom sizes require a minimum order of 100 sheets. Although this board emerged early, it has largely been replaced in China by alternatives like carbon crystal panels, anti-collision panels, and sintered stone, resulting in minimal domestic demand. However, UV boards remain highly sought-after in international markets.
